Ixtapa & Zihuatanejo Enterprise Hotels & Resorts
All Hotels and Resorts in Ixtapa, Mexico are conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Zihuatanejo International Airport while Zihuatanejo is just 10 minutes to the airport. Taxi service and shuttles are available there as well and usually run between $10 to $15 per person. Car rentals are available, but with taxi service very inexpensive and plentiful, car rental is really unnecessary. Many beaches populate this tranquil area of the Mexican Riviera and many outdoor activitiesare availableon the beaches, nearby islands, charters and land tours. If you enjoy golf, there are two stylish courses in Ixtapa to challenge your game and make your stay a memorable one. Tranquil Zihuatanejo caters to cruise boat tourists, is home to several beautiful beaches and is located just five miles south of Ixtapa.
Most of these Enterprise establishments offer on site travel agents, tour operators,valet parking,event and catering on site for weddings and large gatherings, meeting rooms of all sizes, activity directors, physical fitness centers, on site gift shops, WiFi cafes, and more. Don't be surprised on your first evening to be treated to a theme dinner where the host and wait staff treat you to the finest customer service anywhere. Whether you enjoy horse back riding or message therapy on the beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, wind surfing, jet skiing, para-sailing, sky diving, deep sea fishing, or mountain biking, it’s all here and nestled beside the backdrop of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range. There are dozens of restaurants and gift shops across the street from most of the hotels on Ixtapa Boulevard·or within a short walk of many of the fine establishments in Zihuatanejo. Both cities have many beach activities and cultural sites to visit. Both Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo have incredible sport-fishing opportunities. Big game fish such as dorado, marlin, sailfish, roosterfish and yellowfin tuna, with spanish mackerel, bonito, yellowtail jacks and barracuda are plentiful throughout the area and some of the best Charter Captains to guide you.
